Martini Glass

Invented in the 1980s in New York, not France. It's French because it uses Chambord, which is super French. It tastes like a smooth raspberry, pineapple tart, but with Vodka! and that's why we like it.

Ingredients

50ml Vodka (Nice Vodka)
15ml Chambord
35ml Pineapple Juice (Again, the nicer the better)

Method

Pour everything into a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake it! Chambord suggest with the 'vigour of a Tambourine' but like a polaroid picture is fine.

Fine strain into a martini glass.

Voila!

Your French Martini should have a nice foam on the top and taste a little creamy.

Enjoy!
